Project Scope: Brand Identity Development;
Digital Presence, Website Design & Development,
Print Materials, Advertising Campaigns
YouTransport
YouTransport is a Berlin-based furniture removal and relocation company operating across Europe. Prior to this project, the brand had no digital presence beyond scattered customer reviews on a handful of platforms — no website, no consistent visual identity, no controlled communication with its audience, despite an established base of satisfied clients.
Key categories: Care, Reliability, Cross-Border Coverage, Trust.
Brand mission: To move people's homes across Europe with the same care they would show themselves — turning a stressful, high-stakes process into a transparent and dependable experience.
We were commissioned to build YouTransport's brand identity from the ground up and translate it across every touchpoint the company had previously lacked: a website, print materials, and advertising campaigns. The goal was to give a company known only through word-of-mouth reviews a visual language warm and trustworthy enough to reflect the personal nature of moving someone's home, while being robust enough to support cross-border growth.
The resulting system gave YouTransport its first controlled brand voice — consistent across web, print, and campaign media — turning a scattered reputation into a recognizable, reassuring identity for people entrusting their belongings to a company crossing borders on their behalf.
Acting as Brand Designer and Art Lead, I directed a team of four junior specialists (motion, graphic, web, and UX design) together with a developer who built the site, overseeing the project from concept through final execution across all deliverables.
